At Outdoor Apparel Shop, we design our gear to withstand your wildest adventures. But if something doesn’t fit your expedition needs, we’ve made returns and exchanges as smooth as navigating a well-marked trail.
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
The Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Start your return/exchange within 15 days of delivery by emailing our Adventure Support Team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Package Your Items
Prepare your return with care, just like packing for an expedition:
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Use the original packaging if possible
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear or underwear unless defective
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Send your package to our Houston basecamp:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify the replacement item(s) and size/color in your email
- We’ll ship your new items once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of all our adventurers’ gear, we cannot accept returns of:
- Swimwear (unless defective and with hygiene liner intact)
- Underwear (unless defective)
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or missing tags
