Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your gear to you:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

Shipped via DHL or FedEx

Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment

2. Free Shipping

Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS

Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We design our apparel to withstand your wildest adventures, but if something doesn’t meet your needs, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Swimwear (unless defective and with hygiene liner intact)
  • Underwear (unless defective)

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

The Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Start your return/exchange within 15 days of delivery by emailing our Adventure Support Team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Prepare your return with care, just like packing for an expedition:

  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Use the original packaging if possible

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Specify the replacement item(s) and size/color in your email
  • We’ll ship your new items once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
