Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

15 days from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Swimwear (unless defective with hygiene liner intact)
• Underwear (unless defective)

Refunds

Processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
